An original product and a specialty in Levantine countries, the "Makdous" consists of small eggplants stuffed with walnuts, chilli, and garlic. Prepared in autumn and preserved in oil, these eggplants are eaten throughout the year.

Goes well with your hummus, labne and fresh bread.
